This was taken immediately after being wheeled into my room. It is a very odd feeling to be unable to move your legs and feet. You are not even aware of them being there or existing. No act of will can make them move. I found this quite interesting as it also appeared as if one minute unmovable, the next—normal.

And, did you know that there are 3 types of total knee replacement materials? One of these is cadaver. Oddly enough I’m now interested in which type was used for me. I’ll ask when I first see my doctor for the post surgery appointment.
